CZ21532231, registered in the Commercial Register, maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C, insert 403336 (the “Controller”) as the data controller makes every effort to protect personal data. It is a priority for us to secure the personal data we collect sufficiently.
In accordance with the relevant Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation), and the applicable professional regulations of the Czech Bar Association, we would therefore like to inform you about the processing of personal data in connection with the services we provide.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
We gather the following information in connection with providing legal services and website:
Identification data (as name, surname, address, date of birth);
Contact details (as phone number, email, data box etc.);
Payment details related to the service provided (as bank account number, details on payments made, invoices);
Similar data, as well as data related to specific client queries which may include sensitive information based on criminal law decisions, marital status, property, employment, health, etc.;
Data obtained from the CVs of job seekers;
Cookies.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing legal services and legal advisory. To this end, we take steps to limit the amount of processing of personal data to the minimum necessary.
Without collecting this personal information, we cannot garant the providing of our services to our clients.
ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
The Controller will only disclose your personal data to its authorised employees and affiliated attorneys, tax advisors or individual data processors engaged by the Controller under the relevant contracts or to other controllers, but in any event to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing and on the basis of the relevant legal title for the processing of personal data.
THE LENGHT OF KEEPING OF PERSONAL DATA
The length of retention of personal data will always vary according to the legal title of its processing:
The performance of the contract, the data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after the termination of the contract.
The performance of legal obligations for the period specified by applicable law;
The protection of the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties for a period of 2 years from the start of the processing, unless specific legislation provides otherwise or unless it is necessary to keep the data for a longer period in relation to a specific case for justified reasons.
DATA SECURITY
The Controller is dedicated to ensuring the secure processing of your personal data. To achieve this, we have implemented appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect and secure all information collected and processed through our website or services.
These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of your personal information. While we strive to comply with all applicable legal requirements and do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its security if it is transmitted or transferred in an insecure manner.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In accordance with Regulation GDPR, you have the next rights:
Right of access to the personal data - If you want to find out whether the Controller is processing your personal data, you have the right to request this information. If it is, you also have the right to access your personal data. If you think your personal information has been processed by us inaccurately, contact us via e-mail office@keymove.cz.
Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to completion of incomplete the personal data - If you think the Controller is processing your personal inaccurately or incompletely, you have the right to request its correction or completion.
Right to erasure the personal data – You can also ask us for erasure of your personal data. The Controller will erase your personal data if (i) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the personal data have been unlawfully processed, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data, or (iv) the legal obligation in EU or national law to process personal data no longer applies.
Right to restriction of processing the personal data - If you request a restriction on processing of the personal data, the Controller will make your personal data inaccessible, temporarily remove, store or otherwise restrict the processing and handling of your personal data;
Right to data portability – If you wish the Controller to transfer your personal data that it processes about you electronically on the basis of a contract or your consent to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. This does not apply if the exercise of this right would adversely affect the rights of others. In such circumstances, the Controller will not be able to transfer your personal data.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
If you suspect that we are processing or storing your data in violation of the law, you have the right to contact the authority responsible for dealing with such complaints, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, the Office for Personal Data Protection https://uoou.gov.cz/.
