In the area of competition law, we provide comprehensive legal services with the aim of setting up our clients' businesses in compliance with local and European competition law. We also provide practical interactive trainings and workshops, including simulated investigations by competition authorities (mock dawn raids). In addition, we advise clients in the food and agriculture sectors on significant market power and unfair commercial practices.
